Refund policy

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us via email at admin@margingolf.com. If your return is accepted, we will advise on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will not process returns for:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item where 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase.
  • Change of mind or incorrect items purchased.

 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically processed via the same method the initial transaction was made. Please remember it can take some time for the company of your chosen payment method to process the refund, typically this will occur within 5 - 10 business days.

Please note refunds that are issued will have the processing fee associated with the chosen payment method deducted off the refunded amount. Additionally, unless due to our error the cost of shipping will not be refunded.

 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and address it as required.

 

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days of receiving your refund confirmation, then contact the company relevant to the payment method which the refund would have been processed through, it may take some time before your refund is officially available. If you have completed all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us via email at admin@margingolf.com

 

Sale Items (If Applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. The exception to this is for reasons due to our error or items arriving damaged or defective.

 

Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only process exchange requests if the item is defective or damaged upon receival. Exchanges can only be processed for the same item and not substituted. If you would like an exchange for the same item, please contacts us via email at admin@margingolf.com

Shipping
To return your product please contact us via email at admin@margingolf.com for a delivery address.

The responsibility of cost of shipping the item back to Margin Golf will be assessed on a case by case basis.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your item.
