Shipping policy

Shipment Confirmation and Processing
Once an order is placed and paid in full, an email or SMS confirmation of your order will be sent to you. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email/SMS. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please notify us and we will resend the confirmation.

You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

We endeavour to use the most efficient shipping method for all orders. There may be times where logistics providers encounter delays. These delays are outside of our control. We ask that you please monitor your shipment through tracking details provided.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (Australia)
Shipping charges for domestic delivery are a flat rate with delivery time frames typically being 2 – 8 business days depending on the destination within Australia.

Please ensure to enter your correct address when placing an order, as we cannot be responsible for packages being sent to the wrong location. We trust that you have checked this over before purchasing. If the wrong address is provided and a package is returned to us, it may result in delivery having to be paid for again by the customer.

 

International Shipping Rates and Estimates (Outside Australia)
Shipping charges and estimated delivery time frames for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please ensure to enter your correct address when placing an order, as we cannot be responsible for packages being sent to the wrong location. We trust that you have checked this over before purchasing. If the wrong address is provided and a package is returned to us, it may result in delivery having to be paid for again by the customer.

Please note that we only currently deliver to the following countries for various reasons. If your country does not appear on the list and you are interested in our products, please send us an email at admin@margingolf.com and we may be able to meet a request.

Tracking / Order Status
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Please note that if an email address has not been provided when you placed your order that tracking information will not be provided.

 If you haven’t received your domestic order (in Australia) within 10 working days or your international order (outside Australia) within 30 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us via email at admin@margingolf.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate this further.

 

Customs, Taxes and Duties on International Shipments
All deliveries are shipped as ‘Delivery Duties Unpaid’. The customer is responsible for any customs, duties or taxes incurred by your country of origin. Orders we send outside of Australia may be subject to customs duties/fees, delivery duties or import taxes that are levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such customs duties/fees, delivery duties or import taxes, which are levied once a shipment arrives in the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient and unfortunately we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Customs policies do vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for more information relating to this matter.

 

Missing Parcels
Please note that once the postal service deems your package as delivered, we can no longer accept responsibility for it. Therefore, if you do not receive your parcel but it has been marked as delivered, you will need to contact your local postal service and enquire yourself.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@margingolf.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case by case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
